Who is PJ Winters?

He is an expert in the land business who not only looks to satisfy his clients, but actively looks to establish long-lasting relationships with the people he interacts with. PJ goes above and beyond to meet the needs of those he works with.

Beginning his real estate journey in 2021, PJ sought a way to provide generational wealth to his family and decided that land investing was the best route to earn financial freedom.

Through Winters Properties LLC, PJ hopes to enhance every community he touches by communicating with the people who live there and finding out their needs to make them feel safer and heard. By actively working with the city, local builders, and community members, PJ is often informed on what improvements must be made in the neighborhoods he helps develop and is able to give a fair price to sellers and buyers depending on their unique needs.

Through state-of-the-art analytics provided by JKraf Consulting, Winters Properties LLC can readily identify communities poised for positive change, and we plan to provide even more value to those very communities we are welcomed to by meeting our sellers and buyers where they are, listening to their needs, and making their problems our own.
